Paris Park is a 55+ gated community in Redding. There are only 52 homes in this private oasis. Residents here benefit from an HOA that manages and maintains all exterior landscaping, and home painting. Homes in this community are anywhere from 1300 to 1600 square feet and were built in the 1980’s and 90’s with many undergoing renovations in the recent decade.

Shasta Hills Estates is a nicely situated 55+ gated community with easy access to local shopping. The community has about 200 single family homes, and includes a clubhouse, pool, and community area for the use and convenience of the local residents. For residents who have recreational vehicles, Shasta Hills Estates also has RV storage on the property. Residents and their families benefit from a reasonably priced HOA that manages and maintains the common grounds and the community amenities.
