Our caregivers are professionals, often with decades of experience. We specialize in long term care clients, special needs, and complex care and have caregivers available on short notice.

Dedicated Client Care Coordinators
Each Client is assigned a dedicated Client Care Coordinator for scheduling and service coordination. These compassionate professionals work with our Clients’ Community of Care and act as the central hub for communications, care plans, and resolutions.

Roslyn Home Care has built our reputation on providing excellent care to our Clients and responsive service to our Clients’ Community of Care, in fact we back our service with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you have not received excellent care, contact your Client Care Coordinator prior to your next scheduled shift. If we cannot resolve every concern, we will credit you for the last continuous shift.
